General Information

If you place your order by 2 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, Maxx Forestry will ship all in-stock merchandise within two business days.  Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will ship within two business days.

After your order ships, the time it takes to arrive depends on the shipping method selected as well as the destination. Please allow 4-10 business days for FED EX to deliver your order. For the best service and most prompt delivery, we recommend FED EX for all parts and standard size shipping items. Postal delivery carries no guarantee and no accurate tracking method so it is not an option. 

All shipping will be billed at the actual prevailing published standard shipping rates plus 10% for handling and materials. Oversize and heavy items may be subject to higher rates through freight based carriers.

No delivery hour is guaranteed by any of the shippers.

 

Flat-Rate Shipping

Flat-rate shipping is only available for orders shipped to the 48 Contiguous United States. Shipping rates on oversized orders will be determined based on the region of delivery as well as the height, width, and weight of the actual product. Maxx Forestry reserves the right to determine the manner in which the order will be shipped.  Offer applies to in stock items only.

 

International Shipments

Due to economical challenges of international shipping, Maxx Forestry currently does not offer international shipping as an option. Maxx Forestry reserves the right to refuse all international shipping requests per our discretion. 


APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO and DPO addresses are sent via FED EX or by freight based carrier.  Delivery to some destinations may take 4-8 weeks.  Due to lack of tracking information on shipments to military addresses, we cannot guarantee arrival.

Back Orders

In the event that an item is not in stock, a back order will be created and remain open until inventory is received in our warehouse.* Once the back ordered item arrives, the order will be shipped. Standard shipping rates will apply.  It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Maxx Forestry of any change of address or change in payment method.  Back orders are not fulfilled for international orders.

*Back orders older than120 days will automatically be cancelled.
